The pinkyfrogshop.com offer Pos Laju Malaysia shipping delivery. Please note that the shipping charge is different if you are located either in the Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah or Sarawak. Shipping charges are calculated by using POS Malaysia weight and size method and are priced as per the discounted POS Malaysia shipping rates with a minor handling charges for Domestic destinations.

Under the same shipping type, you may notice that the shipping rate is further refined to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.If you are located in Sabah, please choose the shipping rate that is for Sabah and likewise for those in Peninsular Malaysia and Sarawak.

  • You can check on the Pos Malaysia Shipping and Handling rates offered here.
  • We would ship-out your order the next business day from the day of purchase (subject to product availability).
  • We would contact you by email the soonest possible, should the products you are ordering are out of stock. (Note: This rarely happened. It is mainly due to bulk or really large quantity orders).
  • We ship only to legitimate mailing (residential or business) addresses.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Box or other unofficial addresses.
  • Please ensure that you provide legitimate mailing address everytime you place an order with us.
  • Please also confirm that your contact number and email address are current and reachable (in the Secured Ordering Form) in case we do need to contact you regarding your products purchased.

Delivery Time frame

Any shipping charges both to and from Pinkyfrogshop.com are the financial responsibilities of the customer unless otherwise authorized in advance in writing either by fax or email correspondence.
  • All Domestic Malaysia orders are shipped with delivery confirmation traceability and automatically included on all outgoing purchases.
  • The estimated delivery time for Domestic Order is approximately 1-2 days under normal shipping circumstances.

Damaged Goods
We thoroughly check all goods before dispatch and personally take great care in their packing. If in the unlikely event that any of the items arrive damaged, you must notify us immediately (within two days of arrival) by e-mail, phone or fax for special instructions, the goods will be replaced and we will refund the return carriage costs. The damaged goods must be returned to us and the replacements will be dispatched upon the arrival of the returns.
Notes:
  • If the outer carton is damaged you must make this known to the delivery person and when signing for the goods make a note that the carton has arrived damaged.
  • You must note the delivery company.
  • You will need to keep, in order to forward to us, a copy of any Return Dispatch Note showing dates and cost.To avoid complications you must follow exactly our procedures.
