1. Find the items you want
   Firstly you will need to register as a members or for return members just log in username & password, then you can browse or search for the items you would like to order. Our products are grouped in a main categories. Select the category by clicking on any of the buttons, for example, “Crochet Needles". When you find an item that interests you, click on the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including prices, pictures and detailed description for the items. You also can check the item status either it's 'available' or 'out of stock' above each of the item name.
   
   
   
   
2. Add items to your shopping basket
   When you decide to put in an order, just enter the quantity of the item that you need and click 'Buy Now'.  The item will be added to your shopping cart. 'Continue shopping' button to keep searching until your basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the 'Shopping Cart' link at the top-right of the page.
   
   
   
   
3. Go to checkout
   Once you have reviewed all of the items you've have placed in your Basket, click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button and you will be directed to the payment page where you can select your desired payment method. Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the payment. We will contact you shortly after your order to inform you the dispatch date.
   
   
4. Order Summary
   Check the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of dispatch.
   
   
5. Made a payment to us immediately.

Can I check my Order Status?

When you make an order, a confirmation email will be sent out to your stated email address immediately. Once we’ve dispatched your item, another email will be sent to you. Should you not receive any of the confirmation emails, it may be because your email address is invalid. Please log onto your to pinkyfrogshop.com and check the status of the order.

Can I modify or cancel my Order?
Unfortunately you will not be able to modify or cancel your order as we ship almost immediately when we receive payment for the order. This is so that your items arrive to your doorstep in the quickest possible way.

How do I keep a record of the things that I have ordered?
After you have made a purchase, a record of the items you purchase can be accessed by logging into your buyer account.
